Emotional Burnout

'We all have times when everything gets too much and we become emotionally drained.

If you are feeling exhausted, and there is no medical reason for your condition, then it's time to stop and evaluate your situation.

Check your emotional state.
  • Are you going through an emotional crisis?
  • Have you taken on too many responsibilities?
  • Are you carrying an emotional burden?
  • Do you feel as if there is nowhere to turn?
  • Are you looking after yourself (good nutrition, enough exercise, enough sleep)?
  • Do you feel empty inside?
If you need help, ask for it. Put yourself first right now.'

Careful - even winners can have emotional burnout.
