From the book 365 Inspirations for a Great Life, by Lynda Field:
'The 24-hour 21st-century society means that we can all be on the go all day and all night. But even busy bees stop buzzing after the sun has set!
Not so very long ago, before electric lighting, people were forced to live at a slower pace and were more in tune with their own natural rhythms and the cycles of the seasons. But now our natural working day does not necessarily start at dawn and end at dusk, it can go on and on until we decide to stop - and some of us don't know when to stop.
When you get so busy that you don't have time to be happy, it's time to reassess. Your life is a wonderful gift. Take time to love and appreciate it.'
Winners know how to stop buzzing and relax!
