Satisfaction Guaranteed

Returning to the book called The Complete Book of Business Success by Byrd Baggett. It contained useful insights to winning in the business environment. Divided into three main sections - Taking Charge, Excellence, Satisfaction Guaranteed - I've shared some bullet points from the first two sections already (see July 2nd & July 13th blog entries).

Here now is section three:

'Satisfaction Guaranteed
  • Offer your customers at least one service they cannot get anywhere else
  • If you provide only 99% satisfaction, a million transactions mean 10,000 unhappy customers!
  • The phrase "not my job" does not exist
  • FOLLOW UP, FOLLOW UP, FOLLOW UP
  • Customers should "hear" your smile over the phone
