Another great book that I recently read is called Axiom: Powerful Leadership Proverbs by Bill Hybels. Just sharing one of his many lifetime lessons:
'...you will never take big hills without making bold moves (courageous, high risk plans)....thinking fresh thoughts, pioneering cool new programs, and trusting God to accomplish significant...activity in their midst....
The alternative is incrementalism....Incrementalism and innovation make terrible bedfellows.'
